Perfect Porto

A lovely apartment, very conveniently placed just off the Rua de Flores and close to the station. It felt a very safe place to stay and we loved being able to pop back 'home'. The apartment itself was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (though we didn't cook, it was great to be able to get coffee and breakfast). There is a small convenience store just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Close to train station and major sites and amenities. Comfortable and clean. Poor communication re: arrival process and very tricky keys.

We rented the Superior apartment for 3 nights. There was only 2 of us but looks like it could sleep 6. Apartment had a full bathroom and a half bath (sink and toilet) which would be helpful if you have more people. Look / open the window and you see the Sao Bento Train Station and at night the top of the Sé do Porto. It is a clean, modern (less than 5 years old) spacious apartment. MEO TV has about 100 channels, with many channels having English programs having Portuguese subtitles. Good internet speed. Fridge, oven, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer (no dryer) & air conditioning. About 2 blocks away from a smaller grocery store (Minipreço Porto). The King size bed had a roll out underneath that could double the sleeping capacity. I think the couch had a hide-a-bed. 1 block to tour company for site seeing packages. Elevator to your floor. Key based safe.

Nice apartment near Sao Bento station

Great apartment very close to the Sao Bento train station. Easy access to restaurants and sites. The apartment was nicely updated, and Ana was very welcoming when are arrived for check in. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until we could check in. The bathroom could you a stronger exhaust fan, but was overall a great place to stay in Porto.

Heaven in Porto

This is the most amazing place we have stayed. So comfortable and centrally located across the road from the iconic Sao Bento train station and minutes to the ribeira, shopping and restaurants. With all the facilities including kitchen, laundry and millions of TV channels. We didn't want to leave.

3 days in Porto

We were fortunate enough to get a unit that faced the street and it was directly across from the train station. The location was very centrally located to just about everything. The unit was very spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. Having the parking garage within steps was also very nice. We were very happy with these accomadations. We would definitely stay here again!!

Brilliant accommodation very central

The apartment was very central just across the road from Sao Bento railway station - beautiful apartment very comfortable and big everything you could possibly want for making a very enjoyable stay.

The location is great, in the centre of the old city and close to public transportation. The apartment is new, large, fully equipped and very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

This was the perfect apartment for our family of 3 adults and 1 child. The location can't be beat. The set-up was both beautiful and well thought out. The only thing we needed were paper goods to keep things clean.

the hotel was brilliantly placed opposite railway station right in the middle of oporto. The hotel was clean and modern with excellent facilities. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking hotel in city centre.

This apartment is located in downtown, literally next to Sao Bento station. The check in staff is very friendly and provided us with plenty of good information for our visit in town. Only thing to keep in mind is this apartment is located in a heritage building and thus they do not have air conditioning. The unit can get fairly warm when the sun is up and the fans have difficulties keeping the unit cool.

Excelente localização, mas ruim de limpeza.

Excelente localização. Perto de quase todos os principais pontos turísticos de Porto. O quarto tem bom tamanho, cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários e banheiro com bom tamanho. A comunicação feita pela Sra. Ana foi excelente. O Ponto negativo vai para a limpeza do loft. O piso do apartamento estava extremamente sujo e o banheiro não estava adequadamente limpo.

Jättenöjd! Bra service och kommunikation med värden. Bra läge, nära till nästan allt. Dock kunde trafikljudet vara mer påtagligt under rusningstrafik.

Séjour très agréable à Porto.

Notre séjour a été très bien passé. l'appartement est en centre ville, près de tout et facile d'accès, il est un peu petit mais propre et bien équipé. Ana a été très réactive et nous a beaucoup aidé pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

un desastre me cobraro dos veces, me cobraron de la tarjeta con la que reseve y luego en el lugar en donde me dieron las llaves aun estoy viendo como me devuelven el dinero dado que segui viaje. el depto no tenia cubiertos no lo tomaria de nuevo

Very clean and perfect location in Porto

Paulo was very responsive and brought us the additional equipment we asked for. Some construction was underway next door so it was noisy in the morning but otherwise, the apartment was perfectly clean and well located.

母と二人でスーペリアアパートメントに3泊。5人まで宿泊可能ということでリビングもベッドルームも広々と快適に過ごすことができました。乾燥機はありませんでしたが、洗濯機や物干し、アイロン、アイロン台まであったので洗濯前提に持参する荷物が減らせて良かったです。担当の女性が街の見所やメトロやバスの乗車券などのたくさんの情報提供をしてくれたので、ポルト滞在を堪能することができました。朝食をオプションでお願いしましたが、特にクロワッサン、エッグタルト、オレンジジュースが美味しかったです。空港までのタクシーの手配もしてくれました。ポルトにまた行く機会があればまた利用したいです。

Apartamento novinho e muito bem localizado.

Ótimo studio no centro de Porto. Só achei o estacionamento caro, acho que o condomínio poderia ter uma parceira para um desconto para os hóspedes.

Buen apartamento, muy centrico, amplio, decorado al detalle, equipado y comodo. Algo ruidoso por la noche (en nuestro caso era viernes y sabado y nos despertaron los gritos de madrugada frente a Sa Bento).

ce séjour à new oporto appartements a été un coup de coeur , la situation à quelques pas de la Gare Sao Bento , permet de tout faire à pied dans le centre historique concernant le studio , il est moderne fonctionnel spacieux ( environ 50 m2 )très bien équipé , il n'y a pas de réception , quelqu'un vous attend pour vous remettre les clefs et expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement une chose importante est qu'il faut convenir du lieu de rdv car le nom de la ruelle n'est pas indiqué sur tous les plans de ville un bémol , le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien , sinon le rapport qualité prix est extra

Apartamento excelente e muito ben localizado!

Estadia ótima. Apartamento excelente, super bem equipado, no Centro do Porto, perto de tudo, mas muito tranquilo e silencioso. Recomendo!

Nuestra estancia no ha resultado satisfactoria, la limpieza del apartamento no había sido revisada; - en el baño, había pelos, que desde luego no eran nuestros - en la cocina, manchas de café en el suelo y en el mesado - la cafetera aún tenía un filtro viejo con café y moho - además de polvo en los muebles; - la sábana bajera era más pequeña que la talla del colchón, así que era imposible que permaneciera en su sitio, haciéndolo incómodo para dormir. en el momento del check-in, el chico nos dejo bien claro que no ofrecían servicio desayuno, por lo que considero que la categoría de apartahotel no le corresponden a estos apartamentos; se trata exclusivamente de apartamentos en alquiler, que al margen de que estén reformados y con un diseño moderno no ofrece ningún servicio al cliente , la categoría de 4 estrellas le viene grande, he visto hoteles 2 estrellas más limpios y con más servicios.

Fijn appartement in het centrum

Heel fijn apartement van bijna alle gemakken voorzien. Goede geluidsreducerende ramen, fijn bed, goede ontvangst, verduisterende gordijnen. Top locatie in midden van centrum. Enige nadeel was geen airco, het was eind september nog warm in het apartement. Gelukkig wel een ventilator in de slaapkamer.

Logement très bien situé dans la ville ( proche de la gare Sao Bente ) , propre et fonctionnel ; cependant une machine à laver le linge serait appréciée . Sinon , c'est impeccable et l'accueil est sans reproche .

Apart super bien décoré et bien équipé. Ac bruyant qui nous a empêché de dormir. Quartier trop bruyant pour dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Ar condicionado

Não é um APART hotel, é um apartamento. Tudo novo e numa localização muito boa. Tem serviço de café da manhã. O problema que não tem ar condicionado e no verão europeu fica um pouco desconfortável.

Ótimas comodidades, acolhedor e muita higiene. Devido a ser no centro da cidade de noite ouvem se muitos ruídos
