The CFAR does not apply to any and all changes made to your flight purchase, including without limitation changes to dates, passengers or destinations, and you shall not be able to recover the costs of any such changes under the CFAR. If you change your flight and later cancel the changed flight, the CFAR will apply only to the cost of the original flight purchase.
