There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

For having excellent reviews, we thought we were going to have a good stay. However, we waited 50 minutes out in the cold because the hotel was locked up. We got an email a few days before saying the office is only open from 7am-12pm and 3pm-7pm. We thought that was going to be fine since we werent going to be in the area until 3pm. We arrived and saw another couple that was waiting to check in. The told us that they had been calling, emailing, and checking around to see about check in as it was 3:10pm. Around 3:45pm the cleaning lady let us in to the building as it was freezing cold outside, to wait in the building until the desk person arrived. Around 4pm,a guy finally showed up and handed us keys. When we went into the room, we noticed it had not been finished cleaned. All things were off the floor, used soap bar was in the bottom of the shower, it smelled, and saw hair and dirty all over the floors. We requested for the floors to get vacuumed, they vacuumed the common area and not our room. There were no towels in the room, we had to request them. When we did get towels, they were really old and falling apart. We looked everywhere in the room and online for the wifi password and couldnt find it. Eventually we found it on a small paper at the front desk. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were tiny and thin. The place was very expensive for what we recieved for accommodation. We understand that a 3 star hotel isnt going to be the nicest, but this was terrible.

Small, local, independent style hotel. The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to downtown Strasbourg. It was an easy way to get to the heart of the city.

Great hotel in a picturesque setting. An ideal stop over on our way to the south of France.

Very cosy hotel with wonderful service and comfortable rooms. Small hotel parking but not difficult to find places around the area.

Fantastic! The hotel called and sent a message with instructions for a late check in. It was super simple! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! I would stay here again!

Superb host and excelent accomodations

The owner attention to detail was incredible. Seems he recently renovated the room and he thought of every detail. Room was clean and had every thing you need. Modern decor and eco friendly. He even has netflix in the rooms! VERY CONVENIENT WHEN YOU DONT SPEAK FRENCH. Only hotel with this service in my stay in France. Very happy. The renovations where still finishing so he apologized with a bottle of Alsace wine. Very thoughtful!

Je n'aime pas critiquer un établissement mais je n'y retournerai pas. De plus le prix de la chambre est surévalué et non justifié.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Kaffees sind super. Der Transport ist bequem. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten entfernt. Überall ist es gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war niedlich. Es war sauber. Es war geräumig

Pas ouf

Pas super... Odeur "d'évier/égout" dans la chambre, pas de savon sous la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit... Nous avons réservé l'hôtel le 26/12, donc en plein marché de Noël de Strasbourg. En conclusion, très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Point positif : 12 min du parking du musée d'art moderne de Strasbourg, parking pas cher, à proximité du marché et de la petite France.

Es war alles super, Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber gewesen, Familie hat gut drinnen geschlafen in den Betten, kleiner Mängel man konnte das Bad zur Dusche nicht ab schließen sonst alles top

Es iat ein nettes kleines Hotel, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Bett erfreulich gross, Frühstücksraum sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Frühstück o.k., wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen. Wir waren 1 Nacht dort.

Fijne familie kamer. Fijn dat er een koelkast was ivm het zomerweer. Waterkoker en servies werd ook zeer gewaardeerd door ons. Goede bedden en goede douche.

Ottimo il check-in che è possibile fare anche in automatico. Ottima anche il personale della reception. Buona la posizione e la struttura. Quindi tutto molto bene. Unica nota stonata a mio avviso un odore un po’ forte e per me non particolarmente gradevole negli ambienti comuni e nella camera. Ma capisco che è una cosa soggettiva e magari non generalizzabile.

Joli hôtel avec espace très / trop optimisé

Hôtel très joliment décoré mais la chambre individuelle est toute petite, bien aménagée et le lit n’est pas large. Le fait d’avoir une réception seulement le matin m’a perturbé. Sinon le petit déjeuner est correct et l’hôtel fonctionnel.

Bien qu’en période de couvre-feu, les consignes d’accès pour entrer dans l’hôte étaient précises et faciles à suivre. Literie confortable et bon petit déjeuner, et le personnel très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel

Bel hôtel

Hôtel très agréable et calme dans l'ensemble, sauf si vous avez la chambre 2. Votre porte de chambre donne directement sur l'accueil, et l'espace bar/café où les gens peuvent discuter et passer du bon temps jusqu'à tard le soir. Du coup, si vous êtes fatigué et que vous avez envie de dormir, oubliez, vous êtes en direct avec leurs rires et leur discussions. Bref, si l'hôtel pouvait insonoriser les portes qui donnent directement sur le bar/café même si ce sont des chambres qu'ils appellent "économiques". Le tarif "économique" n'exclut pas le respect de la tranquilité des personnes.

Vraiment parfait

Établissement de référence où tout a été pensé pour allier le confort au fonctionnel. Propreté irréprochable, équipement bien adapté, de la bouilloire au mini frigo en passant par la TV connectée. Arrivée tardive fonctionnelle et appréciable avec mini coffre pour la distribution des clés. Bref, n’hésitez pas si vous cherchez un hôtel offrant un rapport qualité prix parfait, l’Aigle d’Or est celui là. Séjournant la moitié de l'année en déplacement j’aimerai que ce type de prestation soit plus répandue.

Super petit hôtel rénové avec goût et modernité dans une vielle bâtisse alsacienne près de Strasbourg. Personnel charmant et accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Une petite pépite à seulement 15 min de Strasbourg

Venus pour un séjour à Strasbourg, nous avons découvert cet établissement rénové il y a peu. Le stationnement est facile et dès notre arrivée à l'accueil, nous étions convaincu que nous allions passer un bon séjour. La literie est très bonne, la propreté est irréprochable, les environs sont très calmes et surtout comment ne pas parler de cet hôtel sans évoquer le petit déjeuner avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Du bio, du frais, pour tous les goûts, bref parfait ! Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Strasbourg ou visiter les environs, cet établissement est un excellent point de chute à proximité des axes autoroutiers. Merci à l'établissement d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

Von aussen charmantes Fachwerkhaut das innen ein Modern gehaltenes Hotel ohne Charme ist, leider aber ein Self Service Hotel. Den Duschen sollte man noch eine Falttür spendieren, damit man kein Swimmingpool im Bad hat.
