Over all a very good place i reccomend to stay at. It was clean, affordable, staff was nice and helpful. You are in the center of the city center which is nice, but might get a bit noisy at some point, but thats a small price to pay compared to all of the positives.

In the room I was initially placed in, that was about 7 in clearance on two sides of the bed and I did not have room to open my suitcase. They moved me to a much more satisfactory room with no surcharge. The laundry facilities were cheap and prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

Its great appartement in the heart of Antalya. Its here a lot of bars, restaurants and shops around, of course a lot of disco-party, but from 0:00 its guiet place. Appartement is very comfortable, clean and not so far from tram (tramvaj). For us it was really great place and cheap.

There is no reception desk. Guests will smoke in the hallway and slam doors. There is no housekeeping service for the duration of your stay. The only up side was the location of the hotel.

This was a tough one meaning getting to by car was almost impossible as streets lined with shoppers and difficult to drive to. GPS lead to wrong location. Once there staff was great !!! Room only ok. Good to sleep overnight only. Of the 6 stays this trip across Turkey, this was not great. Antalya wonderful.

Great location, a bit noisy

Great location and a large room. We booked as the property said it has parking, but once we arrived the host said it was an error on Hotel.com’s behalf. Nevertheless he found a free park for us down the street. Good service on his behalf, hotels.com needs to amend this. Area is a bit noisy, and the walls are thin, so I was woken up several times in the night.

When to check-in and was told i was moving to another location because someone elso wanted to stay an extra night! I had pre booked my 5 nights. Then i had to change room and location. Street noise loud and fellow guests drunk and noisy throughout the night

Very good location, clean and comfortable.

Noisy Turkish guests. Room dirty, smells like an ashtray... no housekeeping over a week.

The price is reasonable, it's clean and have a very good localization. Recommend!

The small hotel is centrally located in Antalya Old Town. The rooms are well equipped; mine had even a small terrace. The stuff is very supportive. To recommend!

Cute, authentic hotel! Perfect little balcony to enjoy breakfast on. Fully equipped room with a fridge. Best part is the location, perfectly located in the centre of old town but away from the noisy streets.

Basic place to stay in a great location

I can't imagine coming to Antalya and not staying in the old town, and this particular part of the old town was perfect for me as it was near everything I was interested in and a short walk to anything I needed. the promised view of the city inmy room didn't exist, and it was truly basic, but it did the job and it was amazingly cheap. Pretty noisy at night though, and there are two Camel pensions which confused my taxi driver, but they are luckily down the road from eachother.

Amazing value for money is cute family run place

Lovely family run place. Very inviting. Great value for money. We had our own balcony for a bargain price. Air-conditioning worked very well and also the hot water. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect location for all the city centre networks and transport. Owner is welcoming and happy to help. Rooms are cheap but clean with all basic amenities inc ac and fridge. Wish I'd stayed here longer...next time!

We booked in the off-season and got a great deal on a lovely room. Check-in was easy and the family (father and son) were very helpful. Our room was down the street in the sister building and had everything we needed - double bed, seating area, satellite TV, kettle and fridge. Some fixtures in the bathroom could use updating, but there was 24hr hot water so we were happy. I can imagine that noise from the street could be a problem in the high season, but this is probably the case anywhere. We would be happy to stay at Camel Pension again (and probably will) our next time in Antalya! Thanks!

Basic but can’t argue with 10£ for one night, all good. The owner waited for me even though it was 3:30 am due to the delayed flight

Cozy, simple hotel

A cozy, comfortable hotel a stone's throw ftom the beautiful Mermerli beach and a five minute walk from the city centre. Very clean. A great and cheap place for one person, a couple or even a family with kids. On the negative side, we didn't really appreciate the staircase, very steep and easy to fall from. Besides, it's not the best staircase to take your suitcases all the way up. Otherwise, it's a very nice place to stay at.

Nice, quiet hotel in good location.

Small, quiet hotel in a good location. I didn't get around much during my short stay, but the local area was good for shopping and restaurants....lots of good restaurants! The owner/manager was friendly and helpful. The lady gave me a lift to the airport at a very good price, much cheaper than using a taxi.

Amazing place

The place is amazing The onwer is the one taking care of the guests, he is really friendly and hospital. When we arrived he helped us with carrying the bags to the next floor. When we left he brought us a taxi all the way to the door of the hotel. One night there was no hot water. When we complained he fixed the problem. Comfortable, budget, location, location

Star pensyon (same as camel) is a budget hotel and is excellent value for the price. It is located in the heart of old Antalya and surrounded by beautiful sights, parks, marina, and of course the amazing antiquities. Seref the owner is a true gentleman and very cordial and accommodating. This is a place for budget conscious travelers who want a clean, comfortable, and great location for their stay in beautiful Antalya.

The rooms are a little small and cramped, but the location and price is unbeatable. And there's air conditioning too!

Great budget room

Great budget room with a private bathroom in the heart of the old city. I would definitely stay again. The room even had a refrigerator. It was perfect for a no frills, solo getaway.

I stayed with family People are nice, and place is ok. i went out of season. so when you add up cost of eating and breakfast its exactly the same as 5 star resort all inclusive, but so much worse. But you can get fat at the resorts. i

Basic room but really nice hosts

This pension is easily found in kaleici (old town). The area is full of charm and the building is beautiful in its oriental serenity. Ramazan was very welcoming and polite, I will definitely come back there when I'm again in Antalya. Very happy with my good night's rest there after travelling for almost two days without real relaxation.

Great little place to stay,

The owner and his wife is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend The Camel to all fist time visitors to Antalya. The Owner provided us with all the information of nearby places of interest and a map. He also cooks a lovely breakfast and Chicken Schnitzel for a reasonable prize. It is low cost rooms but with an aircon, fridge. It was a lovey trip and the hospitality that we received just added to the experience.

Nice little family style B&B in old city

The hotel is situated in Kaleici (spelt Kaa-ley-ji) which is the old city. The easiest way to find the Pansiyon is if you follow directions for Alp Pasa Hotel (don't even need to ask anyone, there are directional arrows on street corners). The host is one of the most friendliest I met during my 3 week trip in Turkey (I spent about 4-5 days at this hotel towards the end of July). Originally, I occupied a single room which is basic and do-able for a backpacker like myself who is used to travelling alone - the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there's a mini-fridge, there is AC, there is en-suite toilet which is also clean - what more can you ask for, for £15 a night? Perfect! Later on, my friend joined me and even though we had booked a double room, on it being unavailable, the host moved us to a family apartment at no extra cost. On the day of (Eid) Bairam, all rental car offices were closed but we really needed a car for 2-3 days and the host again came to our aid by calling all his friends till he found us a car. He also provides a airport drop-off/ pick up service which is provided by his wife - very homely atmosphere. I even remember he gave us some local tobacco on the day we were leaving. There are plenty of shops nearby for shopping and eating as this being the old town. Also important landmark is the Hadrian's Gate built almost 2000 years ago which is about 3 mins walk from the hotel alongside the bustling streets where you will find plenty of restaurants.

Quaint hotel/pension in Historic part of Antalya

Centrally located in old city of Antalya close to Hadrian's Gate. The owner made this stop memorable for us, very nice guy. We had good sleeps all nights and no problems at all.

Great location

The location is fantastic. Right in the old city, so walking around is a nice activity. The old city is also very hard to navigate, so expect a bit of an epic finding the place initially. The host is friendly and helpful, he didn't let his limited english get in the way of assisting where needed. For the price you can't beat this place.

Ok but difficult to find

Very difficult to find. Listed with free parking, and there is but you do have to check in first. Very noisy area. Had no hot water first night due to work on the roof that lasted until 8:30 pm! Room was small but cozy with a balcony.

++ My fiance & I stayed here for 3 nights during Turkey's slow season. Hotel is located in the old town area, very beautiful,convenient location. Wish I would have rented this place for the 3 weeks I was there. Staff was friendly and very helpful. If you need anything... kettle, soap etc. Don't hesitate to ask. Not too far around the corner, there was an inexpensive breakfast restaurant which started at 630a. --The water pressure was weak in our room. Because most Turkish places depend on solar water heating be sure to mention to clerk to turn on the electric water heater if the sun was not out :)

Great locatıon and wonderful owner

The rooms are small and a little spase but the kind owner and location more than make up for it! For $35 a night you cannot complain (btw breakfast additıonal $3).

good place to stay

It is not state-of-the-art pension, if you want luxury stay with jacuzzi, swimming pool and kitchen with menu with 300 positions it is not for you. However there was what I needed - bathroom, tv with plenty of channels, free air conditioning (that`s what you need there in summer season). Rooms not particularly spacious if you have a lot of stuff. A few meals and drinks available although with that location you have a lot around every corner. Owner speaks English, a bit of German and is very friendly and helpful with hassle-free approach. Rates are really competitive. Strong point is definitely location - old town, close to many attractions.

Dont take family along

If you are on budget trip and single. Just sleep and leave BUT not recommended for families/young couples.

Not bad, for its price

It was nice and the receptionist also was. However, I saw two cockroaches in the room, which ruined the overall experience.

The walls were mouldy and cracked. The toilet was leaking, and the lights were dim,Sleeping sheets and blankets have a strong smell of smoke, not recommended. The only good things is a great location, near by have lots restaurants, 5mins walk to the beach.

Not good value for money. The location is perfect, but we paid way too much for a room that was very small, smelled like smoke, had a bed which was in bad conditions with one blanket without duvet (looked like a towel). We only got check in service but not check out, and door that gives to the street is constantly open and unsupervised. Very noisy.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre d'Antalya. Chambre petite La Climatisation fonctionnait mais pas la commande. La salle de bain vieillissante. Mais l'hôtel est charmant, le propriétaire très gentil On y retournera avec plaisir si le prix reste attractif.

Un extrême limite si vous ne trouverez pas ailleur

La chambre de correspondait en rien à ce que nous avions vu sur la photo à notre réservation. Toute petite chambre carreaux cassés clim défaillante. Heureusement le réceptionniste gentil nous a changé de chambre il lui en resté une.. celle-ci était nettement mieux seul bémol elle donnait sur la rue et toute la nuit on a eu l'impression de coucher sur le trottoir.

Sehr preiswerte Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr gut für Reisende mit kleinem Budget geeignet. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet auch, dass man (auf jeden Fall an einem Samstag) die Party nebenan lautstark mitbekommt. Leider sind die Fenster etwas undicht, daher keine Lärmisolierung. Aber der Balkon war schön, das Zimmer geräumig und mit Kühlschrank und Haartrockner. Auch den Wasserkocher durften wir verwenden. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für den Preis.

Mēs speciāli izvēlējāmies šo hoteli, jo bija norādīts, ka ir iespējams transfērs. Tas bija galvenais motīvs, jo mēs ielidojām naktī, bet kad mēs pazvanījām un pajautājām, kā būs noorganizēts transfērs, mums pateica, ka pašiem vajag meklēt taksi. Protams, mēs atradām, bet ne par to cenu kādu mums teica, ka būs jāmaksā. Bijām ļoti vīlušies un noguruši.

Sadece konumu güzel :) İki kuruş fazla verip başka bir yerde konaklayabilirsiniz. Resepsiyonda genelde kimse yok, fotoğrafta gördüğümüz odadan daha da küçük bir oda verildi. Havalandırılmamış ve çok ağır rutubet ve banyo boşluğundan gelen sürekli bir sigara kokusu bütün odayı kaplıyor. Tuvalet ve banyo zemininde saçlar vardı.Nevresimlerimiz temizdi. Kapının arkasına yapıştırdıkları uyarı yazısının yarısı yanık ya da erimiş?? Onu bile zahmet edip bi çıktı alıp yenisini koymamışlar. Daha uzun süre konaklamayı planlıyorduk, neyse ki sadece ilk gece için rezervasyon yapmıştık, koşarak uzaklaştık :(

J'ai apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires. J'ai disposé d'une chambre au calme. L'hôtel se situe au niveau central de la vieille ville avec un accès à tous les lieux importants.

Oda gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Otel sahibi güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir abimizdi. Gayet memnun kaldım. Antalyada kaleiçinde kesinlikle düşünülmesi gereken bir pansiyon.
