By participating in this promotion and receiving the Promo Credits (“Credits”) to your Travala.com account, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
- To be eligible to get Credits, you must have a registered Travala.com account.
- Credits may only be used to purchase travel products on Travala.com.
- Credits are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), i.e. 1 Promo Credit = 1 USD. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of consideration.
- Credits are not transferable and cannot be sold, traded or bartered.
- There are two types of credits on Travala.com:
- Travel Credits that have been purchased or received from refunds never expire. Travel Credits received as part of the Ambassador Bonus or as an annual birthday gift have a set expiration date.
- Promo Credits that are received via promotions always have expiry dates relevant to each promotion. Promo Credits that have been used to make a booking are non-refundable in the event of cancellation (whether voluntary or involuntary) or any other circumstances.
- The minimum total booking value to use Promo Credits is US$200. Promo Credits may only be redeemed in multiples of US$25, with the maximum redeemable amount dependent on the total booking value. See the table below for details.

- Travala.com reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion with or without notice, including to reflect changes in technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements, our site’s capabilities or other changes that affect our business.
- Residents of the United Arab Emirates are excluded from this promotion.
- If you are found to be acting in breach of these Terms, or in an illegal, deceptive or fraudulent manner, or in any way that otherwise undermines the integrity of these Terms, Travala.com reserves the right to render some or all of your Credits void.
