1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Sweat Wallet Campaign (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the Terms contained herein. The Campaign is offered by Travala Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. In these Terms, references to “us”, “we” or “our” shall mean Travala Pte Ltd. When we refer to “you” in these Terms, we mean any person that participates in this Campaign.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to residents of all jurisdictions, except residents of the Crimea Region, Cuba, Cyprus, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Syria, UAE, USA, and Vietnam, and any other jurisdiction where federal, state, or local laws prohibit residents from participating in this Campaign, and is void where prohibited by law. Only verified users from qualified countries/regions who have successfully registered for a Travala.com account and Sweat Wallet mobile app account will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to participate in the Campaign. Our employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and directors, as well as the immediate family members of the aforementioned persons, are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 1 September 2024 at 00:00 AM UTC and concludes on 30 September at 11:59 PM UTC (“Campaign Period”). The Campaign Period will conclude early if all 1,000 voucher codes are claimed before the aforementioned end date. To participate in the Campaign, the conditions specified in the following section must be met within the Campaign Period.
4. Voucher Codes
The Campaign provides 1,000 voucher codes for a 10% discount for users who make a hotel booking via www.travala.com (the “Website”). The minimum hotel booking value required to apply the voucher code is US$200 in a single transaction. The maximum discount available is US$100. Payment may be made using any payment method available on Travala.com at the time of the participant’s booking. The voucher codes are available to new and existing standard members and Smart Basic members of Travala.com.
Each user may only claim one voucher code via the Sweat Wallet mobile app during the Campaign Period. The voucher code will be valid for six (6) months from the date of claiming within the Sweat Wallet mobile app (“Validity Date”). If the voucher code is not redeemed within the Validity Date, the discount associated with the voucher code will be forfeited.
5. Rights We Reserve
We reserve the right to cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify anyone from the Campaign at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where individuals tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or participation process of the Campaign or Website, or otherwise violate these Terms. By participating in this Campaign, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate in the Campaign and agree to accept our decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Campaign.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your participation in this Campaign constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Travala Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Campaign and/or 1) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any voucher codes or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorised intervention in any part of the participation process or the Campaign; 5) electronic error or human error in the Campaign administration or the processing of entries.
7. Governing Law
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE AND WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. You agree, as a condition of participating in this Campaign, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between you and us, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Campaign, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses. You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
8. Privacy Policy
Information submitted as part of a booking to participate in the Campaign is subject to our Privacy Policy.
