Nice
It’s the Cosmopolitan! I wouldn’t have expected anything less of exceptional. Really truly a gorgeous resort.
Great as always!
It was loud everywhere i hated it. Only quiet space was the rooms. Everywhere else in vegas is loud too so there is no quiet space.
Great location and lovely spa.
Amazing place
Clean rooms and friendly service. The room was quiet and the view was amazing.
Beautiful Hotel
Perfect location. High end. Modern. Updated.
Super surprised you dont have microwaves , the maid service was okay, but no one vacuumed. The biggest let down however was I couldn't check out late, I had to change my flight which cost me more money.
Just an average hotel in Vegas. Nothing special about this property. Prefer the Aria.
I like it
great place
We booked a room for one night to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. Unfortunately they gave us a room with a broken refrigerator and that was making a lot of noise as well as our room was directly over the club, which played very loud music starting early in the day and that would go into the hours of the morning. When we asked for a room change, they said they could not accommodate that even though the hotel seem pretty empty and it was a Sunday to Monday night sta. Not on a busy weekend. After realizing we’re not gonna be able to get a restful night of sleep, we canceled checked out and booked at the Palazzo and couldn’t be happier.
Best views in vegas!!
room quality poor. sevice poor. Not good experience.
Incredible all around
Hallway on the 43rd floor had wires hanging where sconces should be. Room service tasted terrible.
Nice property. Felt a bit dated for the price and the windows of our room were filthy.
Everything about this stay was spot on: property was what is expected for a 5 star. Plus, the location was amazing. Definitely would stay again
Great stay
Cosmo.was incredible.loved it as usual very killer kind lovely and the perfume.pumped.into.the.halls and lobby is vanilla sky.by skylar xo yum
Beautiful place! Staff was so friendly.
Dirty No hot water
At check-in they gave us $100 credit as a bday gift to my daughter!
Very modern vibe, not outdated like some other hotels/resorts. Friendly and helpful front desk staff!
Or air conditioning did not work, wouldn't even turn on. We hoped it would not get hot in our room until we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. We could not get the heat or A/C to turn on, the thermostat was not responding to our efforts to turn it on no matter what we tried.
We ONLY stay at The Cosmopolitan. Vegas always feels like a different world and The Cosmopolitan just enhances that.
Too pricey and too many fees
Had a great time and ate plenty of great food!
The woman at the front desk was lovely and accommodating.
One of the iconic Las Vegas hotels.you can't go wrong staying here in 2025.
Terrace Studio
Stayed in a Terrace Studio Two Queen Beds Fountain View room on the 41st floor. The view of the fountains was great.
This was my second visit at this property. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. That is just as much fun and exciting Relaxing on the terrace and with the amazing view cannot be beat in Vegas
The room was spectacular at a great price. The hotel was very clean and parking was much more convenient than other hotels on the strip.
Wasn't able to check in until almost 3 hours after check in time due to room not being ready which was disappointing but other than that it was great
Eh, nothing memorable
Front desk and concessions personnel were rude and a bit snotty
Fantastic
Great vibes
The resort was great, awesome vibes and room service was phenomenal!
Excellent services
Amazing
Definitely worth the money! Location and dining are amongst the best.
Property needs to be updated. Very old FFE and common areas very mid
Good
The Cosmo is wonderful for the proximity to the strip and fountain view. I also like that it is not kid friendly.
Great room, view. Overall nice stay
Clean and comfortable room, great location and dining options. Had a great stay.
Beautiful, modern, conveniently located at the Vegas Strip. Great restaurant and entertainment on site
Love the Cosmo!
Everything was great.
Very nice would definitely recommend
I have been coming to The Cosmo since they first opened, and every time somehow I’m even more impressed! I will continue to return here specifically when I’m in town.
Beautiful property
The balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable. Nice drinks and good restaurants.
Had a bad experience with room restroom was dirty with dirty towels left behind dirty blankets
Loved the shower which was like steam room. The terrace was unbelievably nice with great view of the Bellagio fountain. Beding was nice and comfortable. I did not like the fact that the nearest coffee shop was clear at the other end of the building.
Balcony was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean.
This is not to Cosmopolitan Hotel of days gone bye - now it is clearly an MGM property and that says everything anybody needs to know.
Great service
It was our wedding anniversary and when i booked the hotel i talked to someone who was suppose to provide us with wedding anniversary slice of cake or cookies! But they didn’t do anything for us!
Very clean and we have the best view ever.
Will not return
I reserved a Terrace 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights to celebrate my husband's and I birthdays and anniversary. Check in was at 3pm. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready and would be ready around 430-500. They told us to drop our bags off at the bells service so we did and were told if we wanted they would bring our luggage to the room once our room was ready. Our room wasn't ready until 500. When we got to our room the room was okay seemed like housekeeping did a quick clean didn't have enough towels nor was anything stocked. When my husband opened up his suitcase it seemed like they mishandled our luggage because the tequila bottle was broken which was wrapped in his clothes along with a dented can that was leaking. His clothes were soaked in alcohol. We called the front desk only to be transferred to someone else and again to security to file a report. The security came to our room wrote a report and told us if we didn't hear back to give them a call to follow up. The following day i called housekeeping to get another blanket and towels 3 hours passed and nothing so my husband called again 2 more hours passed and nothing. My husband eventually found housekeeping in the hallway and got what we asked for however they were not aware we called the front. We called security to follow-up only to be told they just write a report. He went downstairs spoke to a manager and eventually got a gift card for food and waived resort fees.
Great stay
Cosmo was fun with a good location. We had wrap around terrace with Bellagio fountain view. Front desk was pretty submissive about granting our view request. Just keep kindly bugging them and they should give in eventually if request is available. I wasn’t very impressed with the food court. We mostly ate off property. The housekeeping staff was amazing! We will be back.
Beautiful room but air conditioning would not work
Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. With so many options for dining and entertainment. The room was phenomenal when it came to esthetics but I was displeased with the air conditioner in the room no matter how much you turned it down it would not get cooler. The bathroom was so hot so when you tried to get ready it was too hot to curl my hair in there. Even the room was hot just sitting around.
Friendly staff, quality property. Music in restaurants was too loud.
The cleanliness and convenience of being on the strip and close to other hotels
I dont understand why they have to charge me resort fee when i check in and when I check out I only stayed 1 night thats ridicolous and charge the parking double hello its a 1 night stay
Always great. We stay here every visit to Vegas. I was sad to see they went to bulk shampoo/body wash stuck to the wall instead of the prime products individually wrapped they had for years. It cheapened the amenities for sure. Other than that it’s the perfect location, perfect rooms with a balcony and large rooms.
I was upgraded in a gigantic room with a view on the Bellagio fountains and the Strip and it really was a fantastic room. This hotel is top notch. But no coffee machines in the rooms is extremely bad as far as I’m concerned. At least have a complimentary coffee station on every floor…
VIP, haha VIP my ass.
Our suite overlooking the strip was extraordinary!!
I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the hotel’s modern, stylish design and lively atmosphere set the tone for a luxurious yet energetic stay. The Cosmopolitan is perfect for travelers who want a mix of luxury, fun, and top-tier dining in the heart of the Strip. I’d definitely stay here again!
Great
Great place to stay
Love this hotel. So clean and roomy. Staff is accommodating
Came here for my 40th birthday and it was amazing! Great room, friendly staff, and good restaurants!
We loved that we had a balcony on the 57th floor with an AMAZING view!! We loved having a cocktail in The Chandelier!
Didn’t like the room noisy from being to close to the elevator couldn’t sleep told staff they did nothing
Never again!
Loved the room
AMAZING HOTEL
Amazing
Great property.
Excellent
Nice place but our windows to look outdoors was disgusting. Very disappointing not to be able to looking the window to look at the strip
It was excellent
It was terrible, staff were very rude.
This was a great hotel to stay at. Our terrace fountain view room was amazing and had the best view we have ever had staying in Vegas. The restaurants were delicious and the scenery was great. Also the location is great with quick access to many other places to go see.
Hotel has a power outage for many hours which can happen I get it. Took a long time to fix. No in-room coffee and while the shower is huge, the shower head is TERRIBLE! It's like a fine mist!!
Loved everything about this hotel
I understand The Chandelier is owned by a third party but they are on the Cosmo property. The bathroom was dirty, unsanitary, and smelled like a sewer. You can't have luxury juxtaposed to poverty conditions especially in a bar/restaurant.. DO something about that bathroom! 2. The Cosmo itself must have had a sewer issue as the property smelled like a back up. My Sisters and guests all commented on this... Lobby, Hallways, etc. Very uncomfortable. Housekeeping staff on out floor is right up there with Ritz Carlton standards. You need coffee pot in the room. I was offered akettle by Concierge.I dont want to boil water in a kettle... Whats up with that?
Very easy access from the parking garage to hotel. Lots of great restaurant options on site. Very clean and staff was excellent.
So far my favorite Vegas hotel. Right in the middle of the strip which is so convenient. I did not read the fine print about the deposit so just be aware it’s $150 a night. The balcony facing the Bellagio fountains was absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend getting this view.
The bestest!
Our second stay there in 2 months and both times have been spectacular. Love the entire vibe at this resort. The views from the balcony were the bestest!
It was great
Hotel did not have rooms ready in time
We purchased three rooms. Only one was ready at three. After lots of back and forth we were finally able to get our other two rooms (all on different floors after requesting they were near each other) near 8 pm. We were there for a concert that started at 8. Not having all of our rooms for five hours was very inconvenient.
I wanna stay because the balcony they never offer me when I got the room.
The property itself is nice. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and large. As far as I could tell, there was no option for in-room climate control and the lighting could be better. The bathroom was excellent with a large bath and disconnected shower. The check-in experience was horrendous. I checked-in at 3:41 and did not receive my room until I approached the desk at 4:41 to ask for a status update, at which point they provided a room. The check-out experience was equally frustrating operationally. Upon attempting to check-out using a QR code, the room had additional charges added to it. When I asked to have them removed, the employee informed me because I touched items on the minibar it triggered a sensor which automatically charged me for the items, regardless as to whether or not I used them. In addition, the hotel was not originally going to honor my $35 food and beverage credit despite my VIP check-in. Overall, I would not return due to the numerous operational errors encountered.
Very chic

We LOVED our one bedroom terrace suite!!! We were on the 68th floor in the Boulevard Tower facing the strip. The views from our room were spectacular. Everything in our room was top notch. We did all of our dining at the Cosmopolitan. Very nice eateries! Location is perfect!
