Low rise hotel we had the treasury room that overlooked the garden across the street. Good location, very quiet and comfortable. Surrounded by huge high-rise hotels. And oasis in the middle. We would definitely stay here again.

Como Treasury, casual classy well kept Hotel, rooms are large & oversize bathrooms & balcony rooms are my favourite overlooking the old church. Location close to everything in middle of business CBD, yet seclude in its clever redesign.

The bed was very hard

Elegant and luxurious, kind and thoughtful service and fantastic dining and relaxation options. Had the most wonderful staycation to celebrate my birthday and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful accomodation and plenty of space in the rooms. Also had a beautiful experience with Wildflower. The only thing I would say was that the rain head shower was a bit overrated. It limited the pressure in the shower and the “head” that was meant to detach didn’t so it was a bit dodgy. Probably needs some improvement

Expensive but poor room service and poor customer service

I enquired about an upgrade to include free valet parking and was told it was not included. Later, after my 1 night stay I received an email from Expedia, stating I was entitled to free valet parking. This was disappointing

Exceptional first class getaway.

It was heaven from the moment we pulled up, the valet and check in service was the best I’ve ever had. Staff so friendly and professional. The room was stunning and the linen was dreamy. Will definitely be staying again

I enjoyed my stay. I loved the amenities (complimentary snacks and drinks, bath salts, etc). The only negative is that we wish we could stay longer. Of the 3 COMO properties that I have stayed in, this is my favorite

Expensive but worth every penny

Another wonderful stay at Perth’s top hotel. Dreamy beds with soft crisp linen, spa like scent throughout the hotel, opulent bathrooms with delightful dressing gowns to match, topped off by great service and delicious breakfasts. A luxurious treat.

Very classy hotel, love the free Valet parking. Breakfast was excellent they made me a Bacon and Egg Buttie ( sandwich) which wasn’t on the menu and it was excellent. We tried to stay two nights but they were full on the Saturday night. A stay here always lifts my spirits.

First time we have stayed in the 'City' rooms - we were woken up by the noise of a very noisy generator and didn't get a good night's sleep at all. A lot of money not to sleep!

Historical buildings surrounded by amenities. Room so spacious and beautiful decor. Love it! Will be back next time

Loved the welcoming staff and when I left too. During the stay service was okay but due to covid lockdown informations were a bit unorganized for restaurant openings. Very nice room, comfy bed🙂

Anniversary stay was the best!

Celebrated our 36 year wedding anniversary at the Como and it was a fantastic luxurious stay. The room was upgraded, the service was fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

The building was amazing. Staff went out of their way to make us feel special - nothing was too much trouble. Room was very spacious and the bathroom area equally so. When we arrived a bottle of champagne & honey cake was waiting for us in recognition of a special wedding anniversary. Ate in The Post & Long Chim. Both offered excellent food. We only had 5 nights in Perth but would’ve loved to spend more time in this glorious city & wonderful hotel. We’ve travelled the world and this is probably the best hotel that we’ve stayed in. If we ever come back to Australia would love to return to Como

Beautiful but didn’t leave me wanting to rush back

Was ok but nothing to write home about. Rooms and decor are beautiful and next level, but service is OK, food was OK and I felt the room service menu too pretentious.

All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this Hotel

It is a relatively small luxurious hotel (48 rooms) with a quiet ambience, and has an excellent location in Perth’s CBD......and is only a 2 minute walk to the recently developed Elizabeth Quay.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The people in the post were fabulous at their job.

A truly amazing hotel in a beautifully renovated heritage building with all the mod cons and facilities including pool, spa, gym, wonderful restaurants etc. Centrally located in the heart of Perth's shopping and restaurant scene - you couldn't be better situated to explore Perth City and surrounds.

The service level was outstanding, as was the room.

Very comfortable one night stay. Large room, large bathroom, balcony and complimentary snacks. Bed large and comfortable. Gym was very good too.

The Como is a superb hotel with impeccable service. Everything is so personalized. The entire staff knew my name and assisted me promptly with all my needs. They planned wonderful excursions with top notch tour guides. The neighboring restaurants are exquisite. The location is central and a close walk to anywhere in downtown Perth. The breakfast was so so good...in fact, it was delicious with everything being made with the best of ingredients. The beautiful pool on the roof top made me go for a swim. Finally, I must mention the rooms which are bright, clean, comfortable, spacious and absolutely beautiful.

The staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable about local attractions etc . Very helpful and not intrusive

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels over the last 30 years, some excellent others rubbish. I’m generally very hard to really please. So delighted to report that this place is truly excellent: from the huge, perfectly appointed room, to the superb breakfasts, great Thai restaurant downstairs, and very obliging staff.

Como was incredibly pleasant place to stay out of numerous top rated hotels i had experienced across Australia in recent years. Hotel staff went above and beyond my expectations, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, creating positive atmosphere to welcome and assist hotel guests. The only problem was that they spoiled me so much!! : )

Roomy and luxurious in the centre of the city. If you're not used to traffic you'll need to take soms earplugs though.

Delightful Luxury

Absolutely amazing, truly a wonderful hotel. I enjoyed every minute at the COMO. The style of the hotel was sumptuous - elegant, refined, modern and so so comfortable. Truly luxurious. The staff were impeccable. The room itself was perfectly appointed - and one of the most comfortable beds ever. The food options are all interesting and tasty. I also swam in the pool and it was awesome. I will definitely return and stay here.

Wonderful luxurious hotel, centrally located with many easily accessed services. We enjoyed dinners at two of their linked restaurants (which have excellent food and service) and the general ambiance. The heritage room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfy bed. The spa was not worthwhile, and I'd give that a miss. All of the rest was excellent.

We booked a night away at the hotel and it was well clear of our usual budget but the room and service was worth every cent. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city within walking distance of all of the new bars and restaraunts in the city centre. The service from the staff was 5 star++ and the room was amazing.

I cannot fault anything. Absolutely fantastic.

Everything went well with our stay. The location is right in the city center and very cosy and modern hotel room. Attentive staff and always smiling and giving very warmth and professional service. Uphold the status of a 5 stars hotel standard. We will come back again!

Nothing to complain about!!

The check in process included a glass of sparkling wine, the staff were friendly and the room was huge. We had a city room which is the most basic and it was amazing. Huge bath and shower, huge bed, complimentary mini bar and black out blinds. The restaurants and bars in the lower levels were all great and you could charge to your room. I have nothing to fault this hotel on and we will definitely be back.

World class hotel

Everything here is perfect. The hotel is gorgeous with very high end finishings. Location is in the middle of the city and two blocks from the river. Service and breakfast were outstanding. Wish we had stayed longer.

Possibly the best place I've ever stayed at!

Stunning interiors within a historical building, such attention to detail in design, generous space and high ceilings all throughout the property which extended into the rooms, second to none location (central CBD but tucked away in a lane-way so you don't get the chaos and hustle of the main streets; and yet they somehow managed to find themselves next to the water as well), great selection for wining and dining (breakfast was amazing), and of course with less than 50 rooms, you can be sure the personable and attentive service a 5 star boutique hotel offers - I had some bulky shopping sent there a week before and when we checked into our rooms, they were waiting for us there!

Great but pricey!

Great service. Staff friendly and down to earth. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Need option for self park for cheaper rate of parking. Espresso OK but could be better. Excellent swimming pool. Has Gym facilities. Not used this time. Overall a little pricey but great experience! Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service, spacious, understated elegance in decor. Lovely meal at Wildfire. Egg special for breakfast at Post was wonderful and great coffee. Unfortunately pastries weren't very fresh. There was an outdoor function with music outside which we could hear in the room which was not ideal.

I’ve been ruined

This is my new standard and nothing will live up to it. It’s lovely, expensive yes- but you certainly get what you pay for . The food the ambience the facilities are stunning. It is serene, the staff unobtrusive but always available, it is a good as people say.

great hotel for exploring Margret River

We stayed in a room over looking the lake, room was very comfortable and relaxing The huge bath and bed was great after a day out exploring it was close to the beach an easy drive to the Margret River and surrounding places we visited The breakfast was excellent and we watched whales from the deck area outside the breakfast area as well as many parrots and other wildlife we also enjoyed late night drinks by the fire All the staff were very friendly and helpful A great place for a weekend or better yet stay for a few days

To celebrate our wedding anniversary the Como Treasury was the perfect choice. Quiet, adulty, sophisticated, classy, pricey but worth it!

Amazing elegant bedroom with high ceilings and very modern equipment. Wine bar with welcoming staff and broad selection. Exceptional service at breakfast. Slightly disappointed with Wildfire - confused service, inconsistent kitchen.

Fabulous stay that was luxurious and very special

The staff responded extremely quickly to any requests. The rooms were grandiose and complimentary minibar was a treat! We loved the 2pm check in and 11am check out and the complimentary breakfast was deluxe.
